x - RiverClan - Warrior - x
Age: 12 Moons
Appearance: Smallbrook is a cat of many colors. Just about every color in the color spectrum can be found somewhere in her pelt. It may be hidden deep in her fur, but it is there. The she-cat is a brown tortoiseshell cat. The base coat that she has is a light brown color, a maple color if you so desire to call it that. Mixed in with the browns, there are streaks of ginger, and a honey color. Her back paws, stomach, and around her muzzle are cream colored. Smallbrook has semi-long fur, meaning it is not very long, but long enough to not be considered short. She’s quite a fluffy little warrior and is extremely small, and will never be larger than a kit. (In fact most kits are larger than she is)
Personality: Smallbrook is not a cat you want to mess with or call names. She may be little in size, but she makes up for it in her personality. She is very feisty at times and has quite the temper. It would be a good idea not to get on her bad side. She has quite the sharp tongue and uses it quite often.
She is very loyal to her clan and would do anything for the majority of her clanmates. To those certain few that are considered her best friends she will protect them with everything she has. True, she may not be great at fighting but that doesn’t stop her from trying. Say something bad about one of her friends…seriously. Do that and you might want to find yourself a new face. Then again, Smallbrook can be friendly if she wants to.
Her biggest weakness is her fighting ability, and it is quite apparent by her size that it was never going to be her forte. Due to her small size, she is normally the cat to sit out when a battle occurs. When it came time to trying to train Smallbrook to fight, her mentor was too afraid to train her too much. She was far too little and fragile looking. So instead her training was focused more on hunting. She is an excellent hunter.
Smallbrook doesn’t see anything as a challenge and thinks she can do anything she sets her mind to. She rushes into decisions without thinking them through, which causes her to get into trouble quite frequently. These decisions can be quite brash and you never know what she is going to do. Most will occur right at the last minute, and once her mind is set, don’t think you can win an argument against that.
Sometimes you will find Smallbrook working so hard that she has forgotten to eat a meal. The one cat that really can’t afford to lose a meal easily forgets. She has a hard time remembering when it comes to eating, something she has struggled with almost all her life. She has to be constantly checked up on in the food department. Just a subtle reminder to grab something, or just shoving food in front of her does quite a good bit for the clan.
Positive Traits: Very fast at running, excellent swimmer, brilliant hunter, Loyal
Negative Traits: Weak, Extremely small, Not a great fighter
Likes: Hunting, Running, Fishing, To be challenged
Dislikes: Her size, fighting small opponents (it is like a slap to the face), being treated like glass
Fears: Everyone forgetting she is really a warrior and not a kit, Never being taken seriously
Goals: Prove that size doesn't matter, Get a mateHISTORYImma Kit
Smallbrook has had quite the peaceful life, wonderful doting parents, and even grandparents who loved her. She was born to two warriors in the clan who were excited for their first litter of kits. She was born with two siblings, a brother and sister. Her sister was the largest in the litter, and the first to arrive in the clan. She was dubbed Massivekit. The second born kit was the only tom of the litter, Mediumkit. The tom was of average size, and looked quite small compared to his larger sister. Finally came Smallkit, appropriately named for her small size.
The kits thrived, even Smallkit who seemed to want to play more than eat. It was a wonder that the little kit survived at all. She barely ate anything and pretty much was held down so she would eat. When greencough came around it became quite ironic. Both Massivekit and Mediumkit fell ill, and Smallkit was placed in the medicine cat’s den in hopes she would not catch the disease. Luckily the smallest kit did not have to worry about it. Although her siblings did not share her same fate, both died within the next week. The biggest mystery became how did Smallkit survive and the other two not? They were bigger, stronger, and much healthier.
Imma Apprentice Now
Time passed and Smallkit still didn’t grow. She gained an inch of height, but still had zero fat on her body. Smallkit became Smallpaw and had a mentor that trained her well. He understood that his apprentice would need a different kind of training. Battle skills were not needed for Smallpaw, she was too breakable. The main focus became hunting and tracking, both at which she excelled. Her small size gave her the advantage of being quick and light on her paws. Although anything bigger than a mouse was hard for her to catch…and still is to this day. She was in and out of the medicine cat den quite frequently with just simple things, illnesses that normal, healthy cats could easily shake quickly. But not this little cat. Smallpaw still had the issue of not eating much and force feeding still had to occur up until her warrior ceremony.
Smallpaw became Smallbrook, in honor of her agileness and quickness. She is still a small little ball of fur and can easily be mistaken for a kit. That doesn’t stop her from adapting to what she needs to do. If she is in a difficult area to hunt, sometimes she may have to be carried. Oh how she hates this! She finds ways to try and use her small size to her advantage. She has been mistaken for one of the queen’s kits in the past moon. (Not her proudest moment).
